Montreal web design firm Impression, which is also known as the “Montreal Web Design Academy” and the “Web Design Lab,” has been named the most profitable web design company in Canada.
Impression is a French web design and development company that has developed websites for several European brands including Le Mérite, MOMA, Moxie, and Vogue.
The company’s websites have been featured on sites like Jezebel, The Atlantic, Forbes, and the Wall Street Journal.
Impressed was also named the top web design agency for 2015 in a survey conducted by the Web Design Institute of Canada.
The Web Design Lab surveyed more than 700 Canadian web designers and found that Impression was the only company in the survey that earned a perfect score.
Impressive made a total of $6.4 million in 2015, making it the second-most profitable web designer in Canada, behind the Montreal Web Design Academies.
The other companies with the most successful web designs were Luma, an Edmonton-based web design business, and D3, a Calgary-based software firm that provides cloud-based design services to organizations such as restaurants, hotels, and schools.
Impress was founded in 2009.
The website has a blog that features interviews with Impression’s designers and employees, as well as regular articles that feature the company’s latest design projects.
The Montreal Web Development Academy also featured Impression as one of the top 10 most influential web designers in the country in 2015.
Impulse web design projects include the logo for Montreal’s City Hall, the design of a new mural for the Canadian Museum of History in Montreal, and a new digital signage for the International Olympic Committee’s 2024 bid.
Impress is based in Montreal and its offices are in New York City.
