French designer Pierre Chassagne has come up with a simple yet effective way to become a top designer in the country.
“We want to build an atmosphere where everyone can work,” he says.
“In order to create an atmosphere of openness and transparency, the designers must be willing to give up their time.”
It’s the same idea behind the new French design platform called Enseign, where anyone can apply to work on projects that will be put to a vote.
“It’s an open platform where you can collaborate with other people and you can earn money,” says Chassages.
EnseIGN has already been used in the design of a number of games, including the upcoming “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt”, but the site is open to everyone.
The company is currently looking for designers to work with, and the company says that they plan to expand their work in the future.
“The Enseigned project is a very big step for the French industry, and we hope to see more people applying for jobs,” says Yves Guenon, CEO of Ense.
En seign is also looking for more female and minority designers, so those looking for a way to earn a living can get in touch with the platform to apply.
